Celebrating 10 Years of LCS Resorts World Sentosa

This year marks an exciting milestone as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of LEGO^® Certified Store (LCS) Resorts World Sentosa! From our humble beginnings in 2015 to becoming the flagship LEGO Certified Store of Singapore, the past decade has been filled with creativity, colour, and countless bricks.

The Beginning – Our Second LEGO^® Certified Store in Singapore

When LCS Resorts World Sentosa opened its doors in February 2015, it became the second LEGO Certified Store in Singapore, following the opening of LCS Suntec City in November 2014. Situated within the vibrant Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, the store quickly captured the hearts of both local families and international visitors. It became a go-to destination for fans looking to immerse themselves in the magical LEGO world.

A Bold New Chapter – Relocation & Grand Reopening in 2021

In June 2021, Bricks World unveiled a new and expanded LCS Resorts World Sentosa, marking a major milestone in our journey. The relocated store became the largest LEGO Certified Store in Southeast Asia and proudly stands today as the flagship LEGO Certified Store of Singapore.

Covering approximately 3,165 square feet, this impressive retail space was designed to deliver a more immersive and engaging LEGO shopping experience.

Highlights include:

• “I ♥ SG” LEGO Sign – Featuring a striking red heart and an intricate lion dance model, this display is built from a total of 70,950 LEGO bricks. Over the years, it has also become a popular photo spot for tourists, adding to the store’s must-visit appeal.

• Quay Colours LEGO mosaic wall – A breathtaking installation made from 103,680 LEGO bricks, inspired by the colourful shophouses along Boat Quay. This artwork was designed and built by Nicholas Foo, a renowned LEGO Certified Professional (LCP) from Singapore, and symbolises the diversity and vibrancy of Singapore’s heritage.

• Sentosa Diorama – A captivating two-level 3D model of Sentosa, meticulously designed and built by Titans Creations, showcasing the island’s landmarks and vibrant spirit.

• Largest Pick-A-Brick wall in Southeast Asia – Offering an endless selection of LEGO elements for custom creations.

• Wall of Minifigures – A delightful display of iconic LEGO Minifigures to spark inspiration.

• Mosaic Maker photobooth – The only one in Singapore, where fans can transform their portraits into personalised LEGO mosaics.

• Singapore Icons 3D Model – Another show-stopping centrepiece is the 1.4-metre-tall 3D model celebrating iconic landmarks of Singapore. This vibrant display captures the essence of Singapore’s skyline in true LEGO fashion — colourful, detailed, and full of character.

Building a Vibrant LEGO Community

Beyond being a retail destination, LCS Resorts World Sentosa has played a key role in building and nurturing the LEGO fan community in Singapore. Over the years, we have hosted numerous special events, including Adult Fan of LEGO Night (AFOL Nights) — exclusive after-hours gatherings where LEGO enthusiasts can connect, share their creations, and celebrate their passion for the brick together. These memorable nights have helped shape a warm and creative community that continues to thrive today.
